  • Trail Guide/Co-Founder

    Liam’s work is quiet, intentional, and deeply felt. From a young age, he sought out every opportunity to connect with animals volunteering at shelters, farms, and sanctuaries up and down the Oregon Coast. His intuitive way with dogs is more than skill it’s a gift. With a gentle presence and a grounded spirit, Liam brings balance to the pack and reminds us that every creature deserves to be seen, heard, and honored.

  • A Navy veteran, peer support specialist, and lifelong advocate, Yuri is the soul of Dune Dog Adventures. Her journey has been shaped by service, caregiving, and a fierce commitment to community healing. After her Twins began navigating Their own mental health challenges, Yuri discovered a painful truth: Oregon lacks accessible, affordable programs for young people on military/low-income options for insurance. Over a beach walk with Tyran and her dog Lucy, she shared her dream about an animal rescue/nonprofit sanctuary offering free farm-based therapies for marginalized communities. That conversation sparked movement to that dream and Dune Dog Adventures was born.

  • Training Director

    Tyran brings a legacy of experience and a heart full of purpose. As a co-founder of an adventure dog business in Portland and a graduate of the Karen Pryor Academy in Eugene, Oregon, he sets the gold standard for fear-free, force-free training. His calm presence and deep respect for canine communication create a foundation of trust and safety for every dog in our care. When Tyran relocated to the Oregon coast, he brought not just his skills but a vision that would soon find its match.

We are a woman veteran-owned dog adventure daycare on the Oregon Coast Specializing in taking dog daycare to the next level by providing enrichment through adventure. Be it a pup or senior dog, we offer a one of a kind experience for your fur baby. When you purchase one of our services or merch from our site, you are helping to build the future for Dune Dog Adventures to become a full-scale dog rescue one day that can provide rescued animals who are re-trained and re-homed to veterans who cannot afford the initial cost of a support dog. We set the standard for service with a purpose.
