Adventure Requirements

  • A well-fitted collar and harness with ID tags

  • Any medications your dog may need during the day

  • Optional: a favorite toy or blanket for comfort

What to Bring

Paperwork & Registration

  • Client Intake Form: Complete our online registration form with your dog’s details.

  • Proof of Vaccination: Upload or bring documentation from your vet.

  • Signed Waiver: All clients must sign our liability waiver before their dog’s first adventure.

  • Behavior Assessment: All dogs must complete a temperament evaluation to ensure they are comfortable and safe in group settings.

  • Socialization: Dogs should be friendly and non-aggressive toward other dogs and humans.

  • Basic Obedience: Dogs should respond to basic commands (sit, stay, come) and walk well on a leash.

Health & Safety First

  • Vaccinations Required: All dogs must be up to date on:

    • Rabies

    • Bordetella (kennel cough)

    • DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)

  • Flea & Tick Prevention: Dogs must be on a regular flea/tick preventative.

  • Spayed/Neutered: Required for dogs over 6 months of age.

  • Free of Illness: Dogs must be in good health and free from contagious conditions and open wounds.

All information and forms will be sent by link (or printed for pup parents) prior to first adventure after assessment.
